Each customer works closely with their named support representatives to ensure optimum use of their systems. In addition to day-to-day support our team will recommend, where necessary, additional training, further system enhancements or simple changes to tasks and procedures. We also work through our support team to plan upgrades well in advance of when they are due to take place. This forward planning allows the customer to maximize the benefit of each release and guarantees minimum disruption during the upgrade.
